Aiva All Natural Raw Honey, is a generous gift from the pristine mountain region of Nagorno-Karabakh. In the spring, at 1000’ altitude, bees gather pollen from thyme, sainfoin, clover, dead-nettle, sage, mignonette, and currant flowers. By mid-June, the bees are transferred to a height of 5,300’. These ecologically pure regions are free from insecticides and artificial fertilizers. Such conditions guarantee the finest, most aromatic honey.
